INFORMATION NOTE
According to the European Regulation 2016/679 governing personal data protection - data processing must be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of data subject's privacy and his/her rights with reference to the personal data that the Association Domitilla Rota Hyams (hereinafter called ADRH) may hold. That being stated, we inform the reader as follows:

1) PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is aimed solely at the realization of the goals promoted by the ADRH under the limits of the ADRH statutes and in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679.

2) METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
a) Data processing consists of operations or sets of operations as listed under art. 4 of the European Regulament 2016/79: collection, recording, organisation, storage, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, erasure and destruction of data.
b) Operations may be carried out with or without the support of electronic or automated means.
c) Data processing is undertaken by the data controller and/or those duly authorized.

3) DATA PROVISION
The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes of conducting the activities referred to under paragraph 1 above.

4) REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Any refusal by the individual to provide personal information, as referred to under paragraph 3., makes it impossible to accomplish the activities referred to under paragraph  1.

5) DATA COMMUNICATION
Data processors will be aware of personal data and may communicate them to collaborators for the goals referred to at point 1. and, in general, to those whom data are necessary to properly carry on  the activities referred to at point 1.

6) DATA DISCLOSURE
Personal data will not be disclosed in any form.

7) DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries, according to the European Regulation 2016/679, and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes of paragraph 1.

8) DATA SUBJECT’S  RIGHTS
I. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of such data in intelligible form.
II. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the case of electronic processing.
d) of the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of persons  to whom the data may be communicated or who can access such data in their  capacity as designated representative(s) of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
III. A data subject shall have the right to:
a) updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, transforming into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per sub-sections a) and b) have been notified, also as regards to their contents, to those whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort to the protected right.
IV. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of disseminating advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communications.
V. Requests pursuant the rights of the data subject - articles 15 to 22 and 34 of European Regulation 2016/679 - will be processed by ADRH in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain Language. Requests can be addressed to:
